Hello all.
Drew is going to be my personal trainer for the next 3+ months and I will keep track of almost everything in here.
I will update you all with progress pictures and I hope we can all see fantastic changes in the pictures and strength gains!

I will be starting the program on Monday, June 21, 2010.

Starting pics coming soon.

Starting weight: 172 lbs
Height: 6'1"

Today I did hill sprints just to get a head start.

Hill Sprints:
50 yds. x 4

I only did 4 because I was interrupted by dinner (haha).
I haven't really done much cardio work since I broke my collarbone in mid March.

Just got back from my workout and had a protein shake and am feeling good!

The Workout:

Suspinated Grip Lat Pull-Downs:
80 lbs. x 5 (trying to gauge what weight to use)
90 lbs. x 10
90 lbs. x 10
90 lbs. x 10
90 lbs. x 10

Hammer Curl:
20 lb. DB x 12
20 lb. DB x 12
20 lb. DB x 12

Reverse Grip EX-Bar Curls:
Bar+20 lbs. x 10
Bar+20 lbs. x 10
Bar+20 lbs. x 10

Deadlift:
215 lbs. x 3

Stiff Legged Deadlift:
115 lbs. x 10
115 lbs. x 10
115 lbs. x 10

Standing Calf Raises:
25 lb. DB x 20
35 lb. DB s 20
35 lb. DB s 20
35 lb. DB s 20

The workout took me roughly 40-45 minutes.
I will make another post later today with hill sprints and my diet for the day.

Nice workout! Next week just add 5 lbs. to everything. You can add 10 lbs. to the deads and stiff-legs if you feel like you can, but if not just add 5.

Just got finished with hill sprints.. Man I'm tired!

Hill Sprints:
50 yds. x 5

My diet for today (rougly):

9:30 - 1.5 cups oatmeal with ~.5 cup milk and 15 g of whey protein powder.

11:15 - Almond butter and jelly on omega seed bread.

12:50 - 1:35 -- Workout

1:45 - 1.5 cups milk and ~40 g whey protein powder

3:00 - Pure protein chocolate peanut butter bar (310 cal, 31 g protein, 25 g carbs, 10 g fat)

4:45 - 1 cup oatmeal, .5 cup milk, 15 g whey protein powder

6:50 - 2 .7 oz (14 oz total) hamburgers w/ 2 buns.

8:30 - 'Dem hills

8:45 - a peach, 2 soy sausage patties

What is your current weight and how many grams of protein are you currently taking in?

I'll edit my first post with my starting weight (172 lbs)
I ate around 250 g protein today, I think.. I'll try to keep closer track next time.
As of right now, I weigh 176.6 lbs (food, water, etc.)
